Any boilers over 70kW are considered commercial and thus must be serviced regularly by our highly trained engineers. At Platinum Facilities Maintenance all of our heating engineers are Gas Safe Registered meaning your commercial boiler is serviced in line with industry-leading standards.

Maintaining your commercial boiler is vital to the smooth running of your business. Regular servicing expands your boiler’s lifespan and delays the inevitable expensive boiler replacement. On top of this, an un-serviced boiler can be expensive to run and can even be dangerous.

Pipework Servicing

We undertake all gas pipe servicing. Our gas engineers routinely run gas tightness test to examine the gas pressure inside your commercial property. Our heating engineers are also qualified to perform gas pipe purges to ensure no dangerous gas/air mixtures can form within your pipes.
